Snoring, - help reading the charts

Post by Squishy » Sun Apr 04, 2021 4:42 am

Hello Everyone,

My wife told me I was snoring badly this morning,

I wonder if someone could look at my data and tell me what I need to do? - It was for about 30 minutes, but she is complaining I am snoring throughout the night

Many thanks!

Yup, you were snoring all right. Because you're using an ASV, I'm not going to try to recommend any changes to your settings -- I'm far from knowing enough. But you might ask your wife what sleep position you're in when she hears your snore: back, left side, right side?
