Another round with the DME

After last weeks fiasco, I thought I was done with these people other than the monthly payment on my machine. Well surprise today in the mail I get a shipment with filters and two cushions. Called my hubby told him to have bail money ready and made the trek to the dme office. Walked in asked for a manager, wasn't dealing with any more bs. Long story short they took the cushions and the filter back (I have a receipt that says so) said they would not charge my insurance company (I will be watching) and found out I only have to rent the damn machine till October. I am so over these dme people.

Those are two my three furbabies. All rescues. I have four grandkitties also. no grandkids yet though. My husband and I clearly passed along our love of animals to our kids.

Glad you gave the DME heck! Apria was one of the biggest reasons I decided to go it alone.
