When I try to sleep on my stomach I still have my face turned sideways on the pillow. I don't think my tongue falls forward enough in this position to open up my throat and prevent obstructive apneas.

The new ResMed S9 Elite or AutoSet makes almost no noise at all. It isn't any louder than listening to normal breathing. You have to put your hand in front of the exhaust hole to make sure that it is actually on.

AHI vs Pressure is unique to each individual. I have used Encore Pro Analyzer to determine my pressure sweet spot. Breeze masks are available from cpap.com (our forum sponsor) for a very reasonable price. I have never bothered to get a new Breeze mask from my DME. The only part that wears out for me is the rear foam pad on the headgear and I am able to get that part online for about $25.
