Oh Sister, you're really having a rough go of it! My heart goes out to you. One thing that MAY help is the current thread on low carbing. Prednisone wreaks havoc with your blood sugar and maybe controlling your carbs will reduce that effect. Plus, low carbing is good at fighting the systemic inflam...

Please don't be nervous,they have to run these tests but they usually come out negative. Most of the time It's just a precautionary measure.
I had all that done last year and he just said,' cut out caffeine'

I've used several kinds of tape but the easiest way of removal for me is soaking it with a washcloth and warm water when I get up in the morning. comes right off!

sending lots of prayers your way for an easy recovery,i broke my right wrist last year and it healed
back crooked but they didn't think surgery would help it so i have limited use of that wrist and pain all the time.

Yes you would be able to breathe.Lots of times I get up to the bathroom in the early morning and so sleepy I forget to turn the machine back on. I can still breathe,after a few minutes I usually realize that the machine is not on but I'm not having a hard time breathing at all.
