Resmed S9 reporting over 20 hours use per day

Hi all,

My ResMed S9 is reporting 21, 24 hours usage, per day, on the "Info" sleep report.

Have any of you run into this bug?
Know how to make it go away?

Thanks,

Thank you, thank you.

I won't be here all night, but that's readily appreciated on this forum!

Re: Camping with the S9 Easiest Solution....

Your S9 without the humidifier will eat a bit less than 10 amp-hours a night. You could get a normal inverter and hook it to your truck's cigarette lighter/power port (if it is on without the key/engine running) or directly to the battery (assuming the inverter power leads/clips have fuses) and work...

Re: CMS-50F Wrist Oximeter for $120 US

Received on 7/9. Will try this evening. Worked as advertised. I believe my wrist strap is oriented backwards. It has the velcro towards the skin rather than away from it. There is a quick modification in its future. It took a bit to get the USB interface going. What worked for me... #1 Install the ...

Hard power numbers for an S9

OK, Went camping (RVing) over the weekend. Using a Kill-a-watt, the S9 (no humidifier) set for 8-16 Autoset ate 50 W-hrs for roughly 7 hours of use. So, being conservative, that would be 8 watts continuous draw. On a 12 V battery that would be about 0.75 A. So the typical 7 a-hr gel cell would last ...

Re: Traveling in a motorhome with CPAP

As an electrical engineer... (b) If your battery's capacity is 200 amp-hours, then it would run for 20 hours on the battery (10 amps x 20 hours = 200 amp-hours) In THEORY your 200 amp-hour battery will provide 20 hours. However in PRACTICE it is very bad for the battery (even the deep-cycle types) ...

Traveled recently.

Both sets of TSA agents "ohhhed and ahhhed" over my S9.

"Wow, that must me one of the new ones."

LOL.
