Re: Poll: How Old Are CPAP Users?
Was just recently diagnosed and I'm 28. If I had to make a guess, I'd say that I might have gotten a diagnosis when I was 22. The last few years have been really hard. I didn't understand what was happening to me and no doctor would take me seriously; just kept getting told I must be experiencing d...

Re: Mite-proofing bedding
I read this post yesterday and was going to link that amazon link posted already but had to run and didnt. Today I was at Bed Bath and Beyond, and saw a Wedge pillow cover while looking at bedding and remembered this post. It was $9.99 there. http://www.bedbathandbeyond.com/store/product/bedding-ess...

Re: Poll: How Old Are CPAP Users?
I'm 32 and have mild OSA. Trying out this therapy right now and it's definitely cut out my snoring. I'm still feeling a little tired during the day (better than before), and sometimes even more tired after initally waking up, but more awake sometimes during the day.

Re: Links to Online Sleep Music & Relaxing Sounds
I used to sleep to music, mostly dreampop-ish or ambient music like Brian Eno, Album Leaf, Eluvium, and stuff like that. My girlfriend is an ultra light sleeper, which is why I even got into seeing a sleep doctor and taking a sleep study and leading me to this in the first place, has trouble sleepin...

Re: App for ResMed My Air
I dont have a developer account for google play store. I just make random things for my own personal use. I figured it'd might be useful for someone to have. All it does is open the website. I totally understand if there's fear of whatever may be in the software, etc. I have the same paranonia when ...

App for ResMed My Air
Hi, Im new to CPAP and new to this community but I have recently been seeing a sleep doctor about my sleeping habits, snoring, etc and did a sleep study. My results suggested I had mild sleep apnea (11.4 AHI). So I’ve been on CPAP therapy for about a week now using a ResMed AirSense 10 machine and h...

Re: ResMed AirSense 10 Autoset
Hi, I am new to CPAP therapy and was given an Airsense 10 Auto as a rental along with a Wisp Nasal mask. I use SnoreLab app for my iPad to monitor my sleep noise and a fitbit to monitor my sleep activity. Anyway, I have been recorded noise and noticed that I am making a lot of noise while sleeping w...
