You may also consider exercise. I believe there are a few studies showing that an
aerobic exercise program reduces sleep apnia about 40% even if no weight is lost.
It helps my AHI some but not nearly enough but in your case with an AHI of 6 it
might be all you need.

I installed it on 2 computers. I then uninstalled it on day 29 on one of them with no
problem and it didn't take long at all. But I let the other computer get to day 31 and
it was to late to uninstalls it. Well that's why I had made a complete backup before
I tried it.

I find being on an exercise program helps me some. I am not talking about hitting the gym for an hour or 2 every day just getting a 1/2 hour walk most days. I just started back doing this 3 weeks ago and I already feel better, my AHI is a few points lower even though I haven't lost any weight. And n...
