I guess the reviews I've been reading have been saying they run the chamber dry on the 11. Apparently the volume is the same though. Had my Resmed Airsense Autoset 10 for six years. Motor exceeded hours message on the screen for a long time now but still functions. Is the 11 worth switching to? Does it have a better algorithm for determining pressure? Read that the reservoir might be on the small side? Or, get another Airsense 10...
