ResScan question

Post by yardbird » Tue Jan 10, 2012 10:40 am

First time using ResScan. Anything I need to know so I don't erase anything off the card? It has to be read by my DME for insurance purposes and I want to make sure I don't inadvertantly erase anything.

thanks

I think I read here that Mac's will write something to your card but Windows doesn't.
You could lock your card, the little slide switch, just to be sure. I never do. Never had a problem.

I always lock my card, just in case. However, even if you put your card back in your S9 after reading it and get an error message and the S9 erases the card, it will rewrite your compliance data to the card. So you don't have to worry.
