Re: CPAP Weight Gain?
Just read what your doc told you about CPAP users and weight gain. I've been using the machines for 10 years now. My weight has varied up and down within a range of about 155 to 175. None of those shifts could be attributed to my use of CPAP or ASV machines. But I have noticed what drives those weig...

Re: SD card for Resmed Aircurve 10 vauto
First, it's best to turn the power off. Look at the left front edge of your machine, Lenny. Use your thumb nail to grab and pull open the little (1/4") white tab and gray cover. That will expose a slot in which the cpap memory card is located. Push in on the edge of the card and release it. It shoul...

Don't be afraid to go back to see your doc or his technician to recheck the settings and ask more questions. You're new at this and it will be good for your comfort level. All the best,

Re: ASV users RESMED aircurv 10 asv vs S9 Adapt
I was just prescribed ASV today. I won’t get it until next month, and I don’t know a whole lot about it. (2 years on APAP.) This was the only thread I found that was related. I’ll keep checking back. I had a consistent AHI level of about 13 with centrals and obstructives being about equal while usi...

I don't understand you... why are yiou not asking your doctor these question? It is vital that you know what's going on with your health but you ask strangers on the net about it? We're not doctors, we know nothing about your personal history, state of health now, anything at all that's meaningful....

Re: Need advice: AirCurve 10 stopped working
Two people suggested I check the power brick. I have a voltmeter and measure no output. Now to get a replacement. It has been over a year since I got the machine. Hopefully it's still under warranty.

Need advice: AirCurve 10 stopped working
My AirCurve 10 ASV started up last night and quit within a few seconds of operation. Anybody know where the fuse or circuit breaker is or has other advice for me on how to troubleshoot?

Re: CPAP Wireless SD Card for The Rest of Us
For the non-techies among us: 1. Would this work to transfer data from an A10 to a computer running Sleepyhead without having to insert the SD card into the computer each time? 2. Would we need a special kind of SD card for this to work, or would it work with the SD card that comes with a machine f...

Re: Wireless SD Card Data-transfer for ResScan / SH
Toshiba FlashAir Wireless SD III W03 16GB, as well as performing the work WIFI, can be used as a normal memory card? The doctor of sleep could make a fuss? The doctor might not accept because it is not the original SD? Thank you. Hi Oltremare. Yes, an ordinary 1MB SD card, or the original ResMed SD...

Re: Mouth Popping Open (at the end of my rope)
I know it can be frustrasting. Sounds like you need to try different full face masks until you get the least leaks. You have a nice beard, but if you don't find a mask that gives you a decent seal, you may have to shave ole buddy. Somehow I know that Shaving may be my only hope here, but I'm realiz...
