I was looking for a sneak preview as I'll be on hand-held devices for the holiday.
Specifically, with the inspiratory curves stable and the expiratory curves not, IMO deserves a look-see.

Y'all are awesome. I'll get last night uploaded on my laptop in about 12 hrs. (This whole work thing, it just gets in the way, you know)Pugsy wrote: ↑Tue Dec 05, 2023 6:46 amOkay.....since you volunteered go for it.
If there had been a lot more centrals going on....I probably would have suggested it sooner and not waited a couple of weeks......or if he had reported he felt like he was sleeping soundly with minimal wake ups.
Rubicon, I uploaded to SleepHQ, and would love to hear your thoughts when you get a moment.
Thanks for looking this over.
As a self certified knob turner and button pusher, I love the idea of Dwing.Rubicon wrote: ↑Thu Dec 07, 2023 4:45 amWell that was a short thread.
IMO you have a lot of opportunity for DWing.
For instance, your machine is spending a lot of the night chasing events. If it's chasing events, then you're having events. The whole idea is to treat/prevent them from happening.
At low pressure your inspiratory waveform looks ferstunk:
At 12 the waveform is improved (it's somewhat maintained at 10, this is probably due to a successful down-titration):
Hey, 5000 breaths, remember? A lot of stuff happens over 8 hours...
Well, you don't know if you don't look.Curious_Steve wrote: ↑Thu Dec 07, 2023 2:27 pmAlso, I have an O2 ring coming in this afternoon. I'm not sure if that data will be helpful...
Squiggles are fascinating. But really, I just want to see if I'm sleeping as good as I think I am.Rubicon wrote: ↑Thu Dec 07, 2023 6:05 pmWell, you don't know if you don't look.Curious_Steve wrote: ↑Thu Dec 07, 2023 2:27 pmAlso, I have an O2 ring coming in this afternoon. Probably be some sub-clinical desats associated with the FLs. Them ain't an issue as much as the arousals the FLs cause.
But it's fun to look at squiggles.
Depends on how good you think you're sleeping.Curious_Steve wrote: ↑Thu Dec 07, 2023 7:04 pmBut really, I just want to see if I'm sleeping as good as I think I am.
There's a lot less of that palatal interference/CBA in those 2 nights, but the FL is still a big problem. Also, I'm going to deep dive on Flow Limits this evening to try and educate myself on what it is and what they mean.
