First off, I didn't know till now this mask comes as a FF, nasal, and pillows. My question to you all is why is the AirFit so popular? What makes it so different? The aloha was the big haha for quite a while.

the p10 is the only one I've got experience with, and it's the smallest lightest least obtrusive pillow mask out there, I'm not sure how it could be made much more minimalistic, one strap, not even room for a swivel on the mask, not that it really needs it the hose is so flexible, and the diffused vent is quite nice. I put one on my bedmate because the cold blast from his old mirage swift would give me shivers!

About the F10, the headgear is very nice--best I've used so far. Also, the cushion is improved over its predecessors. The vent is quieter. As Palerider said, it is very lightweight and minimalistic.

Re: Reviews on AirFit
Airfit is just a mask sub-brand name from ResMed and they come in three versions - P for Pillows, N for nasal and F for FFM. They are all light and very well designed to be minimal. I use the P10 almost all the time and the F10 if I'm very heavily congested.

Re: Reviews on AirFit
I think the main feature of the AirFit line is the minimalistic designs. I use the P10 & my hubby uses the F10. Both are wonderful masks with less in the way of straps, etc. & less as far as exhalation exhaust too. In order to really get the 'feel' of these masks you need to try one. I encourage you to give one a try & see for yourself if it works for you. Now remember these masks may not work for you, they don't work for everyone. We all have different facial structure, so this mask may or may not fit you. If it fits you, then you can see the difference, if it doesn't fit, cpap.com is offering a 30 day trial with free refund.Starlette wrote:First off, I didn't know till now this mask comes as a FF, nasal, and pillows. I like my ResMed AirFit F10 FFM - reasonably low leaks for my ASV therapy. I'm currently using a PR S1 AutoSV 960P Advanced. I also keep a ResMed S9 Adapt as backup. I use a heated Hibernite hose. Still rockin' with Win 7 by using GWX to stop Win 10.

I haven't actually seen the f10. (fixed the post to avoid future confusion)

Re: Reviews on AirFit
I use the P10. Reasons: (1) more diffuse venting (no stream of air to wake me or my partner) and (2) if the mask slips during the night, the straps are so simple fixing it doesn't fully wake me up.
At first I thought that (2) was a disadvantage - the straps can be too tight for some people when you first get the mask.

Re: Reviews on AirFit
Does anyone know if the sizing of full face AirFits is the same as the Quattro? It would be convenient to know that S, M, L are the same if you want to try the other line.

there are sizing guides on the resmed site, you can compare them if nobody answers.PST wrote:Does anyone know if the sizing of full face AirFits is the same as the Quattro? It would be convenient to know that S, M, L are the same if you want to try the other line.

Re: Reviews on AirFit
I only started my CPAP therapy last week, and the F10 is the only mask I have used thus far unless you count the full face mask I used during my sleep study. I can say that the F10 is light with a very nice design. The headgear is nice and comfortable. My wife says that both the mask and machine are quiet and do not disturb her sleep. In fact, the only minor quibble I have with the mask (and this might be common to all masks) is that the venting from the elbow can be a bit loud if you aim it at something nearby.
When I manage to get a copy of my prescription, I'll be ordering a P10 of N10 so that I can try them out. When I do I'll happily give my impressions.

Additionally, you may find that the shape of the fit to be different among different mask.PST wrote:Does anyone know if the sizing of full face AirFits is the same as the Quattro? It would be convenient to know that S, M, L are the same if you want to try the other line.
Although I liked the Airfit F10, with an inhale pressure of 16, I had a hard time getting the mask to seal. I switch over to a different mask that contoured my face better. Even though it was heavier, it worked out better for me.
Re: Reviews on AirFit
I like my AirFit P10, my only complaint is that the headgear eventually stretches out. Even washing it, doesn't help much.

Re: Reviews on AirFit
The sizing of Quattro Air and F10 is the same; in fact they use the same cushion. I don't know about the difference between Quattro and F10.PST wrote:Does anyone know if the sizing of full face AirFits is the same as the Quattro?
