ResMed 10 water chamber staying full

Post by sstrong22 » Mon Aug 23, 2021 10:06 am

I have been using a ResMed AirSense 10 for years. The last several days, the water chamber has been near full in the morning when I wake and my mouth is very dry. I checked and it was on the same humidity level that I typical use, and I tried increasing the humidity level but it did not help. Can anyone suggest reasons for this?

What is the ambient humidity in your bedroom?
Has it been raining lately where you live?

With the machine running. pull out the water tub and see if the heating pad is hot...Be careful. If it's hot, everything is working.

59% humidity in that room. I have a 3 year old house with an upscale AC that helps control humidity. It has rained more than normal for this time of year but summers are always a lot less rain here.

So, is this machine ten years old?
Total run hours?
There could be a sensor or processing problem.
Nothing lasts forever--entropy.
