How can I get the clinical manual for my machine?
My DME ripped up the clinical manual that came with my machine, told me she "had" to do it, but then said I could find it on the Internet if I really wanted it.
I would like to have the choice of playing with the pressure a little to see if I would feel any better.
Thanks everyone in advance for your help

I'm also curious about this, except for a ResMed S8 AutoSet II. Googling has not been successful.

I don't have the manual for the Pro but until someone comes along that does, you can do this to at least access the settings and look. Be careful this is where you change things so you might want to make a note what you see.
1. Hold down the <- -> buttons while plugging in the power on the back, wait for 2 beeps, release buttons.
2. Press the + key. <- -> buttons move to next field, -/+ keys decrement/increment
Your machine will give data on the LED screen in 7 & 30 day numbers. Seeing each night individually might give you a better idea what each night does so until I got my software I reset these numbers to zero each night.
==========Resetting LCD Display Data====================
To reset LCD Therapy data (does NOT erase any data from SmartCard):
1. Hold down the (<-) (->) buttons while plugging in the power on the back,
wait for 2 beeps or 5 seconds, release buttons.
2. Press the (->) key and navigate to Therapy screen.
3. Press and HOLD down the (-) minus key for 5 seconds and/or until therapy data is reset to Zero.
4. Press the (->) key to scroll back to main menu, press (+) key to enter Setup or
On/Off button to exit.

Nice. And they wonder why the whole "Us vs. them" mentality exists between OSA patients and DME's. I must be a retard because I couldn't possibly figure out how to read a technical manual about my machine!lovecollies wrote:My DME ripped up the clinical manual that came with my machine, told me she "had" to do it

A PM is a Private Message. Fill out your user profile so that people can help you better. Use the text and not the pictures. Easier to tell that way what kind of machine you're using.JockLitt wrote:Me too please - and whatsa PMsifr wrote:checked, and instructions followed.Hoser-Eh wrote:Check your PM..sifr wrote:I'm also curious about this, except for a ResMed S8 AutoSet II.
