change mask type on S9Autoset

Post by newname » Sat Feb 04, 2012 11:58 pm

I have the instructions but I don't see anywhere how to change the mask from full face to nasal. Where and how do I change mask type?

Mines not an autoset but its an s9 so if they are the same with how you change masks settings, I push the double check button and its on that menu with the epr settings. Hope ya figured it out

Yes, I'm married to man with a bad case of narcolepsy. And yup, I have 3 kids under age 4... Adding OSA just seemed like the right thing to do! :-)

You press and hold the round button on the right and the lower right button for a few seconds (from the home position). Then on set up, find the mask type and change the mask type.

You can verify the setup by pressing both flat buttons for a seconds and then you will get a display showing the full settings.

I changed the mask setting from FFM to nasal, but when I checked this morning it was back to FFM. Also I can't find the screen with the AHI of last night.
I'm having a hard time finding different screens.
Last night when I put on my mask with the climateline hose, I started getting a loud bubbling sound and water came out. I took off the mask and got soaked with water. I changed to slimline hose and dumped out some water from the tub, what a night.
I don't find the instructions clear at all.

I agree! If the water in the tank is anywhere near the max on the yellow tab in the tank, what you describe is exactly what happens! Been ther done that!

I leave mine now visually just below max line. And yes the yellow tab lines and fill process for the tank are not the best design in my view.
