Is there a way that I can upload a photo to show exactly the area?

I searched, but didn’t see this topic posted. I have a Resmed bi-pap machine and my hose keeps detaching. I am constantly taping it together, but this only lasts a short time. Are there any products that I can use to permanently attach the hose? Any links mls to somewhere where I can buy some widget...
