How often to replace cpap machine
I was wondering how often a cpap machine should be replaced? I called my insurance provider today and they told me that they would only replace it if it was broken. What have you all heard? Thanks.

Can we talk about airline travel again?
I have flown several times in the last 5 months. Thru Chicago O'Hare, Salt Lake City, and Nashville. New regulations are that you must take it out of the carrier to be inspected/swabbed. I also have my prescription in my carrier and it never leaves my sight. They have been very good about the inspec...

chest pressure
Sorry! The cflex is set on 3, I ramp up starting at 5. No, I did not have a pulmonary work up, however, I have had several chest xrays the past few years. If it continues, I will check in with my doctor.

Pressure in chest on awakening
I feel like I've read this somewhere on this forum before, and didn't pay any attention to it. But now that I'm experiencing it, I have to ask - does anybody experience any pressure or uncomfortalbeness in their chest when they first take off their mask in the morning? This is new for me for about a...

Get it, cpapplus? That's what showed up on my Visa bill as the seller, and also the phone number for them. This person was listed as sleepingbutee.

Pur sleep trial
I received mine yesterday, too, and tried the clear. It was great! I like aromatherapy, anyway. I've had times before when I feel like no air is coming out, so at least with the scent, I know that the cpap is blowing. Thanks. I will continue using it.

Buying masks on ebay
Thank you for all the replies. I know all about looking at ratings, etc. This person is connected with a major cpap supply place, which I didn't know until I got my credit card bill. I was shocked! Now they have gotten several bad feedbacks about not sending people the merchandise they purchased.

Buying masks on ebay
Has anyone else besides me had a problem buying a mask on ebay but never receiving it? It happened to me recently and I am going thru all the right channels to try to resolve it, but it is very frustrating! I don't want to name names in public . . .

Swift II pillow fit
I also wore the large on the original Swift and ordered the large on the conversion kit. The large appear to be the ones for me and I slept like a baby last night, my first night with the Swift II.

Meds and Sleep Apnea
Just remember everyone, don't stop your meds without first talking to your physician or psychiatrist. As a mental health counselor and someone with OSA, I really understand the depression like symptoms and how OSA can mimic that. If your doctor is not listening, then find someone who will. Treatment...
