My pressure
My machine is an A-flex auto, and the Liberty works fine at 17. Keep in mind that at 17 is almost impossible to be 100% leak free, that is whithout painfully over adjusting the straps. But you do have a point jsmythe my average pressure on auto is only 7.

have you
Have you tried the Liberty Full face?, it looks like the hybrid but they are not the same. I have them both and I can use the hybrid but I does not work as good as the Liberty works on me.
I know how you must feel; I tried a few masks myself and was not happy until I bought the Liberty.

Congrats Boost, soon you will lower that AHI, I am glad that you got that machine, it will help with your compliance. I could not tolerate a straight CPAP but I love my Auto with A-flex!, my AHI is consistently below 5, and the Auto with a-flex did help with that bloating feeling (aerophagia) that y...

If you used a mask then you had the titration study. That is when they are looking for the pressure that you require using a CPAP machine and the same cables used on the sleep study. Sometimes it is done the same night, it is called Split Night sleep study, I am guessing that is what you had. The au...

overstock.com auctions allow it, so far I have not seen any listings removed. Just not enough people selling stuff over there. Sometimes there are no CPAP items listed at all, but if everyone trying to sell their CPAP stuff on ebay moved to overstock.com then it will be easier to sell and buy CPAP s...

Hello Boost, Please do research the different machines out there, the comfort features, and data capabilities. I would suggest you do get a machine with exhalation relief and full data capability. Even if you decide not to use the exhalation relief it is good to have the option, it might be benefiti...

You don't have to turn the c-flex off. It is a great feature. You just have to play with the different levels and see which one works best for you. Try the machine with a level for a few nights then switch to the next level. I have a different machine, mine has the A-flex and I found the best settin...

I would like to comment on your sleep study vs apap titration results. It is true that the sleep lab has better tools than the cpap users for the titration. They can track pretty much everything from apnea events to your sleep architecture, BUT it is only one night under unusual conditions. Here is ...

The night of the sleep study you didn't have any apneas, but that was only one night. If your husband notices any other times when you stop breathing you might have to ask your doctor to get you an auto cpap for a home titration over a few days, that way you will have data for multiple nights versus...

I am sorry for the confusion, bi-level, bi-pap, and v-pap are the same thing. It is basically a machine that has a pre set level for inhalation and a lower pre set pressure for exhalation, and there are also auto bipaps which adjust the pressure level to your needs/events. You are going to see that ...
