Yep, I had the humidifier off. Actually I kept the air hose connected hoping to get at least be getting SOME (albeit minimal) passover humidification.

Yep, if I could a basic measurement of the current draw that would answer a lot of questions in short order. I don't have a decent meter, but I will see if I can borrow one from work. For what its worth, the fuse didn't blow right away. I don't remember the circumstances exactly, but it was maybe 20...

Thanks for the feedback so far. Bill, my particular jumpstarter is rated at 22Ah (in fact I chose it for this rating) and is supposed to be of the AGM (absorbed glass mat) type.
