How do you know it's good therapy to get tingling in the toes? Hyperventilating can cause tingling of the extremities. Legs and feet not getting enough blood in them can cause tingling too. Abberant vasodilation can cause this as well.

What I did was to slipp a small square pillow in between my spuse's pillow and mine. This effectively deflects air blowing across into the other person's face.
