I was referring to Encore Pro 1.8.49, you are correct that Encore Pro Analyzer is separate.

For anyone else having this issue, the problem is a missing Version key in the registry. The Version key needs to be at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Respironics\Encore Pro. If Encore Pro Analyzer can't find the Version key, it defaults to assuming Encore Pro is Version 1.4 which used different column...
