Re: can't access apneasupport.org
Clear your cach (History files) and you will be able to get in. appneasupport.org is the biggest lobby for sleep doctors, sleep labs, cpap manufacturers, and if you say anything that is against their business and their interest they will block you. Like if you help some one to change their CPAP pres...

Re: CPAP ALTERNATIVE!!
It is very disgusting to spam into an apnea forum without announcing yourself for who you are and your interest. You only have 1 post so you just signed up to sell your products Sure you didn't sign up for the well being of the poor apnea patients, so at least have some decency and announce yourself...

Hawthorne :
apnea rarely get better. you mean apnea is under control by treatment with the same setting/pressure from day 1 and that is the first choice

Poll: was your apnea progressive even after CPAP?
I am just curious as whether the apnea gets fixed for good by cpap once you start treatment, or your apnea still continued to get progressive, started to feel tired again, required more pressure, other sleep studies as time passes.
Would you please let us know

Re: 800,000 People in U.S. Diagnosed Each Year
The statistics of sleep apnea in USA is 6% . that is 18 million out of the 300 mil in USA
if they diagnose 0.8 million patient a year, this would mean that this statistics will not hold. it will get higher

Re: AHI coming down, but...
AHI of 12 means that your therapy is not effective IMHO
in a poll on this forum, the average AHI for people who feel good is below 2
your AHI is not going to reach that level by itself. you have some work to do .
Again this is just my humble opinion

Re: "Hypopnea Clusters".
my experience is that random clusters (those that don't happen on a daily basis) are sleep disturbance (insomnia, emotional dreams) that causes central disruption of breathing and should not be considered from the bulk of apnea problem that you need to tackle
