Thank you all for the responses. Reading does put me to sleep quickly, usally start dosing by end of first paragraph. I have several books on tape so I'll take those, with those I can listen and walk around. Again, thanks for the input.

I'm going in for my third sleep study next week but this time I have to spend the night and all the next day. Has anyone else had to stay all day? What do they have you doing all day? They are testing me to see how tired I am during the day. How do they do that? Thanks.

Does anyone know if the smaller size m series runs with more noise than the full size Remstars? It seems like the smaller footprint would have less insulation than the previous models.
