I am a serious side sleeper.... can't stand to sleep on my back. My favorite mask... and I have tried a LOT of them... is the Resmed Activia.

A good surgeon should make every attempt to make sure that you gave CPAP or oral appliances a thorough try, even to the point of avoiding surgery altogether. However, some people will have no choice but to consider surgery, and the good sleep apnea surgeon should be able to tell you with reasonable...

It's my understanfing that the old software won't work becasue it will only read data from the card reader.... it won't even know the SD card is in the computer.

The answer could well be..... you don't use CPAP.
