Hi, I use a Swift FX for Her mask with my CPAP. I am 3 wks post-op cervical spinal surgery and my mask doesn't fit down over the base of my cervical spine brace I have to be in for the next 4-5 months. Your ramp may have pressure set too low. Try to turn the ramp off and see if it helps. I was smothering with the ramp on in my machine but the smothering feeling went away when I turned the ramp off. You might have had the WRONG mask. It is a common problem for new PAPPers. Try a Swift FX or Dreamwear nasal cushion mask. A lit of people cant stand FF (full face) masks.
