Yes... I did notice it was much faster. Thanks for validating. I was worried I had gotten corrupted data in or something. I will be patient and wait for the return of the short-term stats! EDIT: I just went to my profile page and found a new entry there... http://i1211.photobucket.com/albums/cc432/P...
Anyone else not getting proper stats from Onkor? I uploaded a whole bunch of data yesterday and saw this. I was hoping maybe some batch needed to run to update the last 7 and last 30 day stats. But it's still there 24 hours later. http://i1211.photobucket.com/albums/cc432/ParanoidAndroidAsleep/Recen...
OK... so here's my therapy so far. My AHI flat out nosedived (nosedove?) when I rolled on my side instead of on my back. It dropped further when I started using a new, firmer bed pillow that I didn't sink into. I had ZERO incidents, though, the night after a big 4th of July party when I'd been fed v...
Hello Dreamlady, are you really boiling the nasal pillows? Don't they melt? How do you do it? What is the effect, do they last longer?? I'm pretty certain the masks are silicone. It's got quite a high tolerance for temperature compared to rubbers and plastics (hence silicone pot holders for cooking).
I had a few issues up front with the hose moving the pillow so it leaked. But I replaced my pillow (i.e. bedding, not CPAP) with a firmer one, and the Swift stayed in place because I wasn't sinking in as much. Then last night, I came to the realization that I felt restricted breathing through the me...
Wow... I've been dumping, rinsing, and air drying every day. I may cut back, though, as I watch the levels drop in the water bottle quite quickly due to the dump/refill cycle (I fill it between the 25% and 50% marks, and in the morning, it looks like it's at about 10%-15% full. My guideline to raisi...
One last post, and I'll consider this a closed issue. Last night, after my big, weekly cleaning, I decided to bump up to the large pillows on my SwiftFX from the medium. I was getting more air, and I couldn't cause a leak out the sides of the pillows if I tried! Numbers are still looking pretty good...
Hello Again, I need to get charts, but it is very late, so I will do that another time. Just wanted to pop in and say that I've slept on my side the past three nights, and it has made a huge difference in my therapy... "Files dated" - AHI 6/27 - AHI 13.34 6/28 - AHI 7.72 -- Slept on side 6/29 - AHI ...
OK, so last night went significantly better. I slept on my side. I got one heavy cluster, but the numbers are much much better. Today I went out and bought a firmer pillow. I am hopeful I can sleep on my side with it and not sink in enough to disturb the mask. AHI of 7.72 . That's a move in the righ...
Yes, 9 is what the titration study suggested. But I do not have the sleep study, itself. Only what I was told by the equipment provider. Normally, I sleep on my stomach. Since the CPAP, I've been sleeping on my back. I need a new pillow, because as a stomach sleeper, I've mashed a deep hole into thi...
OK... I set up a new account. Here's the results from yesterday. I tightened the straps, and I didn't notice much in the way of leakage. So I am wondering if it was just too loose. I'll get today's results up shortly. http://i1211.photobucket.com/albums/cc432/ParanoidAndroidAsleep/CpapCalendar.jpg T...
My AHI for the past seven nights (which comprises all of my usage so far) is 14.81. Does this mean I should be using a different mask or could it be just getting used to the process? I have a couple of images I went to post (screen shots of some graphs in Onkor), but there's no "attachment" function...
