I bought a CMS50F from Amazon for about $85 or so a few weeks ago. I don’t use it every night but I do use it to keep an eye on the oxygen levels. It helped find a tweak needed in the settings. I import the data into Oscar (macOS) when I use it and can share the full report with my doc.

The F30 has been a game changer for me. I’ve used nasal pillows in the past and most recently the AirTouch20. I own both and can confirm the elbows from the F20 and the F30 are the same.
