I got my mouth guard long before I was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. I've been on CPAP for 5.5 years and still wear my mouth guard nightly. I wasn't even aware they could be related. In my case going on CPAP therapy has not helped the teeth grinding at all.

I would contact your DME or whomever you buy your pillows from and report that there is something wrong with the pillows and that you'd like a replacement.

The post was more about finding out if other's had experienced the same situation recently. I already moved on to a different mask.
