Sleepy while driving...again...
So, I have a Respironics BiPAP System One but have found that I am more comfortable with the Resmed nasal pillows. All was going well for awhile, but I started being very sleepy while driving again and checked my AHI...it's up to 14-15 per hour on average. Advice? Should I send my device chip to my ...

What happens if you start mouth breathing while using nasal pillows? Do you lose the pressure?

BiPAP & nasal pillows
When I got my BiPAP machine last Friday they didn't give me a choice of what mask to use; they simply brought me the full face mask. Is there a reason you can't use nasal pillows with a BiPAP machine? I would at least like the option of trying them? Any ideas?
