Re: If you have ever considered a backup battery for your cpap
I've really been getting into solar backups recently. I have an Ecoflow 2. And I love it But I think it's overkill for CPAP. I use an Ecoflow River 2 (1 quarter the size), and it works great. Always make sure the Ecoflow product you buy has a 2 or 3 in it's name or you are likely not getting an LFP ...

Re: Loving the AirTouch F20 and Hi Pressure vs Low Pressure
Just for grins, I've knocked myself down to 8 on the pressure (CPAP mode) and I continue to get scores between 1.0 and about 2.4. I don't think I'm going to try for lower. I'll stay here unless my scores go up.

Re: Putting on FFM mask
Since you have the F20 try the Memory Foam insert one time if you haven't already done so.

Re: Loving the AirTouch F20 and Hi Pressure vs Low Pressure
One thing about my non-ASV machine is that it has a working modem. I haven't been downloading into Oscar, just relying on MyAir. I've now been on the AirTouch F20 for a month. All except first 2-3 days have been on the APAP machine, I guess technically VPAP. My average AHI for that time is 1.85 so I...

Re: Loving the AirTouch F20 and Hi Pressure vs Low Pressure
So a week later and I continue to get get good numbers with the AirTouchF20 and my non-ASV machine. 1.1 AHI last night and 7 continuous hours of sleep. I started the process of getting replacement seals thru a DME with Medicare.

Re: Loving the AirTouch F20 and Hi Pressure vs Low Pressure
Night two on the non-ASV machine and the F20 AirTouch resulted in a 0.6 AHI. I'm encouraged enough that I put my ASV back into the closet. (for now)

Re: Loving the AirTouch F20 and Hi Pressure vs Low Pressure
Centrals started showing up after initial treatment for OSA. My first sleep doc worked me thru several types of machines and it wasn't till we went on ASV that we got things under 5. And then it was generally close to 0.00 all the time. Machine hit it's time limit after I went on Medicare. Since I h...

Loving the AirTouch F20 and Hi Pressure vs Low Pressure
Been on CPAP therapy for 11 years. 99.99% of that time has been spent with nasal pillows because they were so comfortable and I could not get a seal with a FFM. (fat face, not beard). Would fight dry mouth and get leaks periodically and sometimes tried mouth taping. My curiosity got the better of me...

Re: ResMed AS-11 user wanting a WiFi SD card recommendation
Welcome! Magic Uploader ----> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Z69KxZBCec After a very few weeks of optimizing and stabilizing my CPAP therapy, a quick look in the morning at the CPAP machine's screen to check AHI, 95% leak, and 95% pressure was all I needed. I download to OSCAR only if something l...

FYI -- if you click on the first picture and scroll to the right, an arrow taking you to the next slide will appear. There are 10 or so additional pictures/diagrams. I missed that initially. This is a really innovative design -- speakers with white noise, music, alarms, noise cancellation, voice co...
