Re: Travel Machine, what should I buy?
I took the advice of some and went with a duplicate machine, as it is pretty small and now I have a backup. Went with Philips Respironics System One with C-Flex. Great price and service from cpap.com. Thanks for the advice.

Travel Machine, what should I buy?
I am looking to buy a new travel machine. I presently carry my 8 year old ResMed Tango. It “works” but is old and large. I do not use a humidifier when traveling. My main home machine is a Philips Respironics System One RemStar Pro with C-Flex+ (460P) with humidifier. I travel about 20%. So I was lo...

Insurance Code E0601
I have new health insurance. I was thinking of getting a travel machine but was unsure if they would pay anything for it. I called and they told me on the phone, for my policy: Newer advance machines, not covered. Backup machines, not covered. Allowed 1 machine per 3 year cycle under code E0601. Doe...

Re: SleepyHead Graphs no "axis" data
Well I got it to work. I was going to install on my newest laptop with W7, but thought I would try my 5 year old Dell laptop with XP Pro, SP3, 32 Bit, first……SleepyHead worked fine on this older laptop. I then decided to go back to the old desktop, that did not work, and NOT use the resident video o...

Re: SleepyHead Graphs no "axis" data
Well I guess I posted this without first reading all the history. After reading it may be some time before my 460 machine is fully supported by SleepyHead. Best wishes for a speedy recovery to the developer. I did see that I could buy the Encore Software on line for $99. Is the Encore software accep...

SleepyHead Graphs no "axis" data
I installed SleepyHead v0.9.3 and was able to import data. The graphs show a trace but none of the axis’s are labeled? Machine is Philips Respironics System One RemStar Pro with C-Flex+ (460P). Computer is a bit old but a stable Windows PC running XP Pro Service Pack 3 with 2 Gig of Memory. Motherbo...

Re: Problem with new machine Remstar 150P
Well after 2 months I finally got the machine I ask for, Remstar DS460. Seems like I expected stellar service from my DME but they treated me like I was a problem child. No direct line to the therapist---leave voice mail---call you back thingy. Calls me back and caller ID is blocked. I told them I w...

Re: Problem with new machine Remstar 150P
Wow…thanks for all the information. Knowledge is power and with this information I will call my provider and request a better machine. Again so glad I found this great resource on the web. As far as the cost……the invoice shows $651.54 for the base unit plus $167.32 for the humidifier for a total of ...

Problem with new machine Remstar 150P
Glad I found this site…..what a wealth of good information! Background…..5 years ago I was diagnosed with OSA. The machine I received 5 years ago was a ResMed Tango. A basic unit, so I was told. I use it every night (14,000+ hours). Mask is a F&P 400 series Nasal Type. The ResMed Tango came with a h...
