An article about Somnifix sleep strips just popped up in my newsfeed. I'd never heard of this product before. I mouth-taped for years and that worked so-so for me; I'd get periodic skin/lip irritation. I also use a chinstrap but frankly, I hate it. I don't think it really works all that well for me ...
