Re: need opinions on pressure settings
Time to try 8 cm minimum I would think. See what happens. I suspect that 9 cm is probably going to be where you end up closer to. The night without CAs??? No detailed data available or just no CAs? I left my SD card in my computer the other night...so no detailed data but there is still some data a...

Re: need opinions on pressure settings
If you like EPR...use it for now. Whatever you do just be consistent with how you want to do your experiments. It's really hard to speculate much based on one night. We never know when we might have a fluke night. I still get them on occasion myself. I might go a week or two with AHI less than 1.0 ...

Re: need opinions on pressure settings
Okay...just keep an eye on those centrals with your experiments with pressure increases. 6 to 14 for the entire night is really nothing to worry about. Just watch them for right now. They might be a post arousal central...meaning the OAs might be causing a minor arousal (that you don't remember) an...

Re: need opinions on pressure settings
How was your sleep quality last night? Did you sleep soundly with minimal to none wake ups or did you wake up often maybe? Fiddling with things maybe? There's a few more centrals last night than I would want to see so just keep one eye on them. On your other reports....centrals low or is this more ...

Re: need opinions on pressure settings
When it comes to pressure changes I always like to go up slowly. It makes for an easier adjustment plus we might get lucky and not need as much as we might first think based on the current 95% numbers or median. Hurts nothing to take just a little time with the increases. If your AHI was double dig...

Re: need opinions on pressure settings
I can't see the graph image....don't know if it is me or your posting. Regarding pressures and your AHI. Is that AHI primarily OA and hyponeas? Then yes...maybe a little more minimum pressure and maybe a little more maximum. Probably 1 cm each would do a good job. Pugsy- image problem was that phot...

Re: need opinions on pressure settings
Julie- Thanks for the thoughts about mouth breathing affecting flow rate. although I tend not to mouth breath much... but that doesn't mean I haven't been with the higher pressure. although my leaks look low on the graphs to me. Here are the graphs: https://www.dropbox.com/s/2hohxz9xu6ctlch/June%202...
