Lsat, ranges from 5 to 40 L/m, with more days over 25 L/m.
Robysue1, have only hand washed the head gear. Will try to wash and toss it in the dryer.

Resmed 11 humidity pot runs out of water
I have got a new Resmed 11 few months back. This replaced an old Airsense 10. I have found the 11 humidity pot is dry by morning, even for short sleep cycles, like 5 or 6hrs. I could sleep 10hr with the old 10 and still have water left for another night's sleep. The DME did not send the heated hose ...

Re: Are There Any Decent Travel CPAPs?
I have the Airmini. As a previous C19 Untited 1K flyier, I can say it works like a champ. Is it louder than the full size, yes, but there is not room for a bigger air chamber muffler. I got use to it quickly. Using a F20 without humidity was a drag. But now have the new humidity modules that help. I...

Resmed F20 fitment
I have been using the Resmed F20 for some time. I thing the the head gear has changed as it is too big. I use a Medium mask and the strap that come with box is hard to keep in adjustment especially after about 1 month of wear. The upper straps become too long for the velcro to attach. I have tried t...

Re: Gas and Bloating and Burps, Oh My!
I have similar issues to you. What has helped me is a bigger pillow to angle my head up, taking a antacid pill before bed (I use Zantac) and a auto setting of 7 to 11. I still swallow air, but this method makes it more tolerable. On a side note, if you are still having fatigue and headaches, maybe i...

Re: Newbie with aerophagea
Emmers, We are almost on the same start schedule and had the same issue. I started with the nose pillow, Airsense 10, and static 10 pressure, and just before Christmas as well. It was waking at 3am with gas and burping that was very unpleasant. The freeCPAPadvice guy had a good video on helping with...

Airsense 10, full face mask, cold face :(
I had to switch to a full face mask as I keep opening my mouth. Since the Airesense 10 has no temperature setting, how do I set this thing so I do not freeze my face? I am useing the Resmed F10 mask and a standard hose. I found with the pillow that a Humidity setting of 3 was working well. I tried t...

Re: Using the "MyAir" feature of the AirSense 10 Autoset
I am a new CPAP user, just a few weeks and had Stars in my eyes when I heard there was kewl things you could do with the Airsense. I was wrong. The Myair is a bit lame in my opinion. Sleepyhead software has been more useful in helping me get started. I think the MyAir is just a SHOW for Resmed to ge...

Re: Gulping air, chin straps and Sleepyhead?
Tape is not a option for me, most tapes give me a rash. I am not sure about the habit. I just started the CPAP, so I have never noticed the open mouth before. It could be that I snored for so long that it is a habit. I also wonder if the pillow is right for me as the medium size fits, but the holes ...

Gulping air, chin straps and Sleepyhead?
I am gulping air (aerophagia) and need to use a chin strap. I just started on the CPAP just before Christmas, using the Swift FX LT nose pillow and AIrsense 10. Over the holiday, I visited my dad and he had a spare strap which is too big and it bothers my jaw, but showed that it helps with this. Wit...

Sleep trackers?
Do any of you use sleep trackers like a Basis Peak or the ResMed S+ in addition to the CPAP measurements to tell you what sleep cycle you are in?

Re: Breathing Crashed New to CPAP (First Post as well)
I wonder if I am running out of air as well. I read another post about the Medium sized Swift doing similar to another guy. The large size actually seems to fit a bit better and delivers more air. I will that a go to see if that helps.

I am not sure which sections of data to post so I will just see if it happens again. Reading Pugsy's info is interesting. One would think the doc or the DME would give you a bit more than here is a box, now have at it.
Merry Christmas,

Breathing Crashed New to CPAP (First Post as well)
Hello all, I am new to the board and to the CPAP community. I just picked a Resmed Airsense 10 this week with a Swift FX pillow. I have not made it a full night with it, but every night is getting easier. My sleep study showed mild to moderate sleep apnea with 15 events an hour. The naps and sleeps ...
