I've been using soft collars for quite some time now and usually don't have any troubles. But now for some reason I am experiencing plenty of discomfort all day long on the vertebrae at the base of my neck. Keio, This is a bit premature to tell you this until you learn if your leaks or mouth breathing are a problem but I wanted to comment on the chin strap should you discover here shortly you do need to do something. I would wake with a dry mouth every morning around 3 or 4am with a severely dry mouth....
