Vinegar solution in water with a drop of fragrance free detergent, you can even skip the detergent. Get a dedicated brush ( kids paint brush fron the dollar -store will do nicely). I hand wash my headgear with dawn scent-free detergent and about a half cup of vinegar, same as what I use to wash my hoses and humidifier. I let it soak for awhile. I just got the 1st shot. My insurance paid it at 100%, yea. I just wanted to say that my arm was really sore for about 3 days. I wondered if anyone else had that happen?
