I thought the Airsense 10 came with BOTH hoses - have to admit I didn't notice the non-heated one at first but it was there, tucked away in a pocket in the bag ... are you sure that, like me, you haven't just missed it?

Usually a sign that the humidifier needs turning down a little - go into the menu and lower it by one notch - try it for a couple of days then another notch if needed.

I use CPAP and also have COPD, the humidifier helps moisten the mucus and I take Carbocisteine tablets to thin the mucus and a "Flutter device" (Google & YouTube for details) to clear the mucus. Might be worth a conversation with your health professional? Good luck
