Re: Can someone tell me how my numbers look?

I wake up all the time feeling like I’m not breathing. Is there another place to look in the data? post your data shown as graphs from sleepyhead tables of numbers are not useful https://imgur.com/a/KI83k https://imgur.com/a/LQcZj https://imgur.com/a/Vpqfs https://imgur.com/a/GL02H https://imgur.co...

I don't think it's plausible deniability on their part like you suggest. I'm just looking for answers.

Re: How many hours of sleep monitoring

I'm more wondering how many hours it should take to properly diagnose it? Minimum. I'm assuming there is a standard? And I would think there are different levels of sleep so you may breath differently and so on when you've been sleeping for a few hours?

Re: Air leaking out of mouth with nasal mask

My other question is if the air is going straight in and out like that and my numbers are good.. doesn't that mean I don't have sleep apnea? I'm assuming if the air is leaking.. then the air is not the reason my throat is staying open? If my numbers are good? Or is there a discrepancy here with mach...

Re: Air leaking out of mouth with nasal mask

I just did a test and when I simply open my mouth there is no audible sound of air. It's when my mouth is slightly open and in a specific position or something when the air becomes audible

Air leaking out of mouth with nasal mask

Is it possible to be properly treated if you are wearing a nasal mask but you record your sleep and hear air coming out of your mouth through most of the night while the "numbers" look good? Do you go by the numbers and ignore the air coming out the mouth?

How many hours of sleep monitoring

Is there a minimum amount of sleep during a sleep study that is required to be properly diagnosed with sleep apnea?

Let's say someone slept only two hours during the study? Is that enough?

It says take screen shots but there are many pages to scroll through for each day. What part of the daily record do you take screenshots of? What about posting a summery page view?

What is the proper way to upload sleepyhead data? It exports to a csv file. Do we upload the whole file as an attachment? Or do we copy paste all the data into the post? Or
