Re: POS EncorePro
News flash....Encore was never designed for the home patient user. It was designed for DMEs and doctors offices and yes...it's primary job is patient management. We aren't even supposed to know about it much less use it. This is why Mark decided to come up with SleepyHead so many years ago...he was...

Re: 8 months in and NOTHING
put the bpm back on auto, without a backup BPM, you have got the asv turned off. This may be enough, if it's not. Set the defaults, or get a program that you can see the fine details and learn all about your apnea. This has asv titration of philips, including default settings https://www.sleepapnea...

POS EncorePro
As mentioned elsewhere, I did get this dinosaur of an application installed after 2 hours of it seemingly doing nothing and another hour or so spent figuring out how to get my data into it. However, I cannot find anyway to display data in graphs or charts, so it's not any better than the screen on t...

Re: 8 months in and NOTHING
I could NOT get encore pro to work with Windows 10. The version of sql it needs is not compatible with win10. I would suggest to create a new partition on your hard drive install windows 7. That is what I ended up doing. I did NOT want to give up on the encore pro. I wish you well.. :) I finally go...

Re: 8 months in and NOTHING
If you didn't have ca or really bad periodic breathing in the sleep study, why did they give you an ASV? The philips machine is trying to duplicate the last few minutes of peak flow. It uses the auto backup and adds pressure pulses to do so. You really need to go back and have the machine set up fo...

Re: 8 months in and NOTHING
There is software available that will give you the data. Encore Pro....yeah, it's a POS but if you could get the damn thing to install it does work. OK, there is software (crappy as it is even when it does work) that can read data from a 960 AutoSV. Yippee. Doesn't do me any good AT ALL if it won't...

Re: 8 months in and NOTHING
From a little outside the box... Secure a loan from a distant cousin or friend or family member and purchase a machine out of pocket. That way you can pick a machine that works with whatever program you are using. I have plenty of other things to spend thousands of dollars on. The thought of spendi...

Re: New user Intro
Max - this is not your thread (and you have at least one new one going today), so please let us deal with the newbie here now so as not to confuse them with others responding to your cranky note. Since when are people not allowed to comment in other people's threads? This isn't your thread either, ...

Re: 8 months in and NOTHING
Cool idea, I didn't know they liked cupcakes.
It will be so much easier to hunt them while they're eating - I hear unicorn horns have magical properties, and since nothing else has worked, I may as well give it a try.

Re: 8 months in and NOTHING
Pain in the butt though. I would push for a return on that machine, and get a ResMed ASV. No chance of that. Firstly, it's for an off label condition (uars) and secondly, it's the VA, and their contract in my area is with Phillips. And no, I'm not going to go through the hassle of Hyper-V or dual b...

Re: 8 months in and NOTHING
What are the installation errors you get with encore pro? I know with directview you have to enable old version of Microsoft .NET under optional features in the add/remove programs control panel on Windows 7/8/10. On EP2.0 I convinced it to get past the SQL error with Compatibility Mode, but that v...

I have not, and it got my hopes up, but it doesn't say it works with a 960 AutoSVMikebear wrote: ↑Mon Feb 19, 2018 9:04 amHave you tried the Sleep Master software? http://www.sleepmaster.org/
