Agree with Pugsy that you shouldn't have to fix this.
But if you do end up stuck with it, this looks like a job for what's called self-amalgamating tape in the UK or self-fusing tape in the US.

Re: Airsense 10 parts
The P10 headgear does get stretched out and worn. You can extend its life by machine washing and drying in the dryer, but eventually it will need to be replaced. Amazon has some good quality replacements at a much lower price.

Re: After market replacement for ResMed P10 headgear/strap?
I've had good results with the old style headgear from Amazon. And quite a bit less expensive. I believe the brand was WISKY (or something like that).

Re: P10 nasal pillow irritating only one nostril
I've been using the P10 mask for about 9 months now. I'm similarly very happy with the therapy. I often had irritation to my right nostril, fwiw. I have noticed that there is some variability between supposedly identical pillows, i.e. some hurt more than others. It seems to help to gently massage/ma...

Re: Are P10 and N30 interchangable?
If you do swap out for the N30 mask and then still prefer the headgear without the buckle and you really like the mask....I have more of the non buckle headgear in the package like I sent you. ResMed is in the process of replacing with the buckle version. Eventually the non buckle version will be p...

Re: Sleep data from an AirMini
Sorry, my link above was broken. Fixed now. AirView is ResMed's software that allows DME's and sleep specialists to access and confirm patient data. Based on earlier threads, some DME's say they can't or won't do it so you may have to push the issue. Nonetheless, ResMed say that the software is comp...

Re: Sleep data from an AirMini
I don't believe there is any way for the user to extract data from the AirMini, but I did find this on the Resmed website: How do I obtain a compliance report for my therapy using AirMini™? Please contact your home medical equipment or healthcare provider to discuss your options for compliance repor...

The adapter to use any mask with the AirMini is made by Zephair and costs around $20.
You have to give up humidification though, as the HumidX pucks only work with ResMed's proprietary AirMini masks.

Re: Question for Nasal Pillow Users
I had a little soreness when I first started using the P-10 mask.
Took some advice from the forums and now apply a little Carmex to each nostril at bedtime, no more issues.

Re: Best Pillow Mask for Z2 HME
The ResMed AirFit P10 for AirMini mask has the humidifier chamber about 3-4 inches away from the nasal pillows.
The mini masks have a proprietary connector however, so you will also need a $15 adapter made by Zephair.

Re: How is auto CPAP supposed to work?
FWIW, I recently bought an AirMini and an Airsense 10 online.
While both were set to the pressure listed in my prescription, neither were set to AutoSet by default. Both were in regular CPAP mode out of the box.

Re: Who decides what CPAP Machine you get?
Interesting! They certainly don't tell you about it. In any case, ResMed Autosets are what they are dispensing right now. It would only be a problem for a mask not on formulary. And what a PITA, just for a mask! Our forum host CPAP.com have been running various 20% off sales on masks (and other sup...

Re: Trying to "dial in" AirMini settings
Thank you again for your great feedback. I used it last night with the EPR full time and it worked out great. I have a bonus quesiton. Clearly the airmini doesn't have a water based humidifier like the airsense, but they do have the little cartridges. What are the best practices for these cartridge...
