? AirCurve 10 ASV "not supported by ResScan"?

Strange. SH does ok. But I'm getting the following error message when trying to download my first night's sleep data using my new AirCurve 10 ASV:

"The connected device is not supported by this version of ResScan."

I'm using what I think is the latest ResScan 5.4.0.9116.

Any ideas how to fix this? Are users seeing this on the AirSense 10 too?

Just to clarify ... Sleepyhead DOES work with the 10 asv??
I am thinking of trying one and want be sure before setting it up.

There appears to be a newer version than the one you are using: ResScan 5.4.0.9116.

SH Statistics and Detailed Graphs look good, typical for what I have been seeing lately on my old S9 VPAP Adapt ASV. However, SH seems to be buggy re. the pressure Settings of my new AirCurve 10 ASV.

ResScan is not working with the AirCurve 10 that I have set for the ASV Auto mode. I'll check tonight to see how it does in the ASV mode.

The current version of ResScan is 5.5, you should give that a try.

So, does that mean you can buy it if your doctor writes a prescription? I couldn't even get far enough to see what the price was. I guess you have to create an account first. Clearly, it's not intended for us mere mortals. Oh well, SleepyHead is better anyway!

Yes it does but the settings might not show up correctly but I think the other stuff shows up okay.

Yes, you can officially buy it if your doctor writes a script for it...and you fork out $200 which I think is the price.

That was a good tip, Bill. ResScan 5.5 appears to very nicely support my AirCurve 10. Thanks much.
