sd card won`t load

I`ve been using sleepy head for last 2 years with no problems. This morning, the sd card wouldn`t load data for some reason. When I use the sd importer, it it says please insert your cpap data card. I`ve double checked it a few times, still same result. Thank you.

Does your computer see the SD card? If you go to the drive letter where the SD card sits...does it show the SD card?

No, the sd card wasn`t seen in the drive letter. But I rebooted the computer, tried sleepy head again, and everything loaded properly. Everything is back to normal. Thangs Pugsy.

The computer must have had some cobwebs in it and the reboot cleared them out.

When SH can't find the SD card the first thing to do is check to see if the computer can find the SD card.
If the computer can't find it there's no way for SH to find it.
