New $495 ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet on craigslist?

Hello all,
I was recently diagnosed with Sleep Apnea with an AHI of 30. Ive found the seller of AirSense10 AutoSet on Craiglist (postings all over the US) with a British Columbia phone number. The phone number seems to come back to a legitimate company in BC, but I couldnt find anything on the forum search if anyone had actually purchased one of these units from Craiglist.
