Hello everyone! First wanted to say thank you in advance for any help.
5 days ago I had Hiatal hernia and toupet fundlipocation surgery. Lots of work was done on my diaphragm and anatomy was changed in my body. I was able to sleep the first few nights with my Bipap in the hospital but was heavily sedated on pain meds. Since I have been home, I am completely unable to sleep, I have tried everything with no luck, I get to the point right before I drift off to sleep and jolt awake gasping for air with my heart pounding. My surgeon has ruled all "emergency" causes out and she suggested that I may need to alter my old settings on the matching to cope with the changes and pain from the surgery. She also prescribed me Ambien to take tonight so I wanted to make sure everything was correct before that.
Here is last night's and today's when I attempted to nap oscar data. Again, I was unable to fall asleep except for a few brief times last night (less than 30 minutes) but wanted to see if anything was showing what was causing the constant arousals:

I am trying to ask here to get help. It is the weekend and they are closed I am not able to get ahold of them. I am desperate for sleep as I have not slept in days.

Your AHI is very good on both graphs. CPAP helps a person breathe. Sleeping is more complicated. The effects of the surgery might be causing poor sleep. You could take the prescribed Ambien tonight and report back to this thread tomorrow. Good luck until then.
