I bought a supply of Silent Night mask liners for my F40. I have read the instructions for applying one to the mask cushion but I am failing to get the liners on properly. The instructions I saw do not give an exact place to stick the mounting tabs. I am ruining liners trying to get them installed. I have gotten 1 installed and 3 ruined due to fiddling with the tabs until they will not stick. I don't remember what I did accidentally to get one liner on and working okay. The ruined ones were out of kilter, cattywampus, and blocking air.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Not only limp, there is no intuitive path to placing the SIX tabs on the mask/cushion. The design of the liner is generic and meant to fit several minimal contact mask/cushions.ChicagoGranny wrote: ↑Tue Jan 21, 2025 1:27 pmLook simple - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cpjgrT-51lo
But, the F40 is so limp ...
Silent Night's reply to my request for help was wrong. It was said to only attach the liner to the hard plastic of the mask frame, not the silicone because the tabs will not stick to silicone. Pressing the glue tabs to hard plastic only is impossible. On a second appeal for help specifically asking for a photo of a liner mounted to the F40, I got a photo back that is not part of their manuals or published demonstrations.
If I can get the image/file uploader to work, here it is:
Success on upload.
The liner is quite awkward to install. Best to remove the upper straps. Keep the fabric somewhat loose fitting to the cushion especially at the top to form a dip for the nose to rest. I wonder if it can be installed first on the cushion and then the cushion replaced to the mask frame, but that would place fabric between the silicone lugs/tabs and the hard plastic.

If you go to padacheek.com, Karen has cushions for each specific mask.
