Any nasal masks with top of head hose attachment or routing?

I am used to my Aloha which has a top of head ring on the headgear for routing the hose up to a Hose Buddy. Also has multiple adjustment points that let you adjust tightness in different directions as well as the angle of the pillows themselves.

Because of irritation of a little piece of cartilage in one nostril, nasal pillows at times become unusable for me due to pain.

I am thinking of trying a nasal mask. Shopping for this type of mask has become confusing because "nasal cradle" masks like the N30i are listed as "nasal masks." I have tried the N30i and it leaks so badly it wakes me up multiple times a night. On rare nights where it doesn't, OSCAR reports 40% large leak rates. Like all the ResMed masks I've tried there are virtually no adjustments available. P30i was also leaky and the small size headgear didn't work for me.

I would like to try a real "over the nose" nasal mask but I haven't seen one that would allow for an over the head hose solution. The ones I've seen don't even have headgear on the top where you could put a ziplock or Velcro ring.

Would appreciate any advice. I have a DreamWear nasal cradle which I plan to try but I fear it will be as leaky as the N30i. The x30i masks are not for active sleepers!

You might want to look at the Resperonics Dream Wisp. It does have top of the head connection and I believe it comes with an 18" light weight hose to provide more flexibility. It is my second favorite Mask.

DreamWisp worked great with no large leaks.

Unfortunately after two nights it is giving me a big red sore line across the bridge of my nose....
