Wanted to start off by saying even though I haven't been here for 4 years, it's a good thing, because things have been much more successful thanks to this site and anyone that's helped me in the past. So Thank You!
For 2 years, I had basically given up. Using my CPAP maybe once a week and usually just having a miserable experience. I finally revisited it and went to another sleep doctor and showed him a lot of my data. He basically told me to set it to 7 and stop trying to eliminate every single event with the 20 pressure setting I was at. It was more enjoyable, but my AHI jumped to 6+. So I just started slowly going up one at a time until I was getting into the 1-2 AHI range. I landed at around 13 max pressure for a couple years and things were going great. My wife was so happy with me not sounding like I was dying every night and that she didn't have to hear me snore uncontrollably. At this point, she wouldn't even let me lay down for bed without putting my mask on and she kept me consistent. Forward to today. I did up my mask +1 because my wife said I was starting to snore loudly again and I thought that might help, but I think there may be other things going on with Leaks and such. Since I was consistently using my CPAP, I tried going through insurance to get new equipment, but with a $1500 deductible and a bunch of random rental fees, I just ordered all the new equipment myself w/ FSA and it should be on it's way soon. I ordered the AirSense 11 APAP and I'm going to try the F40 mask instead of the F20 and see how that goes. So after that long update. I would love if anyone could look at a few of my graphs and see what you think and anymore recommendations to make this next part of my CPAP journey more enjoyable and more successful. Thanks again for any past and future help. Hopefully the link works out right.

Re: Back After 4 Years
Are you experiencing much, if any, nasal congestion?
Are you sleeping soundly and feeling decent? In other words....regardless of what the AHI shows or graphs show...how do you sleep and feel?
Your Flow Limitations are the primary driving force for all that higher pressure you see.

Yea. I'd say my nose is stuffed up a good bit in the morning. Probably 50/50.
My thing with sleep is that I can fall asleep at any given moment in about 10 seconds and sleep fine. So I feel as if I'm sleeping soundly for the 6-7 hours, but not sure of the actual quality. Because I can wake up, go eat breakfast, and then fall right back asleep in 10 seconds if I'm not active.

Re: Back After 4 Years
So I got my new resmed airsense 11 and new F40 mask. New mask seemed to fit well and felt comfortable. Passed the leak test, but seems like the leak test only does 10 pressure? I'd think it'd just do your max pressure setting.
I obviously still have some leaking issues and probably others you may notice. But the underside of my nose was so sore from the air pushing it up, I ripped my mask off at 6:30am. It feels okay 2 hours later, but that was the first time I've had a painful cpap experience. Any thoughts from any more experienced members?

Re: Back After 4 Years
Well I guess I should read some manuals. I had the machine set to full face and not pillows. Also I think my sizing is off. I thought my sizing would stay the same but going over everything I need the large headgear as the top strap is basically on the back of my head and I should actually be in a medium mask and not a large. My nose fits fully in the blue part of the sizing card.
