You can get three tubes for 19.84 at amazon.com, if you are a Prime member, 2nd day shipping is free.

It's too thick for me....pain to clean off in the am.
Thanks, Deb, but that's the cream. I don't think that's the same as the Lanolin... My tube says Lanolin right under the Lansinoh name in the green oval...
I wonder if they changed it, or did I just not notice the picture before....but.....I bought three tubes of it in December at someone's recommendation when I was having problems with my nose itching. Waht I got is not the cream, it is pure lanolin and has the lanolin in the label as you described above. I don't need it for CPAP now, but we used it when we had colds to keep our noses from getting raw from the kleenex. I'm finding other uses for it here at home also.

You could order it and see what you get...with Amazon, you have 30 days to return it. If you're not a Prime member and have to pay shipping, I htink they will refund shipping also if you return.

I'm guessing that you mean you briefly cover the vent in order to expand & re-seat the nasal cones. Readers should not interpret that it would be a good thing to seal the exhaust vent which is essential for venting CO2! There should be no problem with washing your pillow after a couple of weeks. Maybe you could provide further explanation about what you are using to clean it, and what issues you have had with that.

Well, just to be clear .....I was saying that the sturdier and more effective pillow is more opaque....Maybe I should have just left it described as "milkier" in appearance than the thinner, flimsy ones I had gotten recently. The translucence difference is subtle, but obvious when seen side by side. But equally clear is that the inner layer of the nasal pieces are definitely stiffer on the original and more effective pillows (for me).

I hate to be tedious, but by gosh when we find the perfect mask, we sure are attuned to the subtleties and don't want to see a change!!
Hmm...are you sure they are geniune ResMed pillows?

Absolutely. Right out of the original fresh-from-the-factory new-mask package from ResMed.

Ok, just wondering..there are knockoffs and counterfeits in every other retail market...

I just wanted to add a comment to those of you who are saying that your pillows are wearing out faster than insurance will replace them.

Insurance will replace the entire mask and headgear every 6 months, however they will replace the cushions or the nasal pillow monthly. You can actually get two a month.

That must be dependant on your insurance provider, right? I know it is definitely not as frequent for us here in Canada. For example, my provider (Sun-Life) only lets you replace the entire mask, headgear, and cushions once every 12 months.

I cured any leak problems by putting a light coating of AYRE saline salve in my nose before retiring. Since August I can't think of a single time it has leaked since starting this. so give it a try, I buy it at Walgreens.
