have you tried reading the help that comes with the program, or here
http://sourceforge.net/projects/sleepyhead/support

in short, you get your card out of your xPAP machine, put it into an sd card reader to your usb ib the computer, start sleepyhead, create a new used, tell it to import the data (F2 key shortcut) , choose the directory that the info is in (in the Intellipap its the SL folder), and view away.

Does anyone have the same machine as me, or could I give my number to someone in a private message, to call and walk me thru this? I have it downloaded...just don't know what to do next. Yes, I'm not the brightest...

Daisy56,

When you say you have it downloaded do you mean that the information has been imported from your sd card and is now in SleepyHead? If it is then you should be able to view it.

John

No, I can see the SleepyHead box thingy - I copied and pasted below what I'm reading in this box, but I have no clue what to do now, lol. I have my card plugged into SD card reader and into computer, but now I have no idea what I'm suppose to do now. I cant believe over 70 people have viewed my post and no one can help me. I'm getting tired and grouchy! Oh well, I will get back to this tomorrow, its late and maybe were all tired

Please Import Some Data

SleepyHead is pretty much useless without it.
It might be a good idea to check preferences first,
as there are some options that affect import.

First import can take a few minutes.

Hi Daisy,

Ahh, Bryson City, home of the Hemlock Inn.

I believe you are almost there. After you plug your SD card reader into your computer, insert the SD card from your CPAP machine into the reader. Start SleepyHead and under FILE (upper left), select IMPORT DATA. A window will open with the title "Find Directory". After you click on My Computer, you will see a list of letters.

Just click on the letter that you think corresponds to your SD card and then click on CHOOSE. My SD card letter is usually at the bottom of this list.

There will be some experts along to give better instructions. I would have included an image of that window, but I can't remember how to do that. Good luck, Earl

Ok, I mean I downloaded SleepyHead and now all I see is a brown box with a yellow triangle on it spinning around and it says No Data. I dont know how to get the information imported from your sd card and on SleepyHead?? Like I took the SD card reader of out of the package, plugged it into my computer and took card out of machine and plugged it into reader..again I downloaded the SleepyHead program, but have no idea what to do next...besides sit here and watch that brown box spin around.....Im serious. I was so excited to get this and now I cant even view anything....I feel soooo lonely!!

As excited as you are, I would go to bed and try this tomorrow. Don't forget to put the SD card back into your CPAP. You won't lose any data from previous days.

When we lived in Huntsville, AL during the Apollo days, we would spend several days a year at the Hemlock Inn to rejuvenate. My wife has not fond memories of Murphy, NC. She fell, and we spent about five hours waiting at the Murphy Hospital ER for X-rays.

Good luck and be sure to let us know how things progress. Folks on this forum are really great.

Earl
