Hello all you lovely people! Thank you for all the birthday wishes!

We had a great time on Friday. My best friend from junior high → high school, Rob, drove out from Prescott, AZ to spend the day/evening with me. We went to lunch with my other best friend from high school, Brian. Brian had to work, so Rob and I went mini-golfing, and then Brian, his wife and son, my wife and son, mom, sister and a few other friends all had dinner together here at Mo's in Toluca Lake (right across from Bob's Big Boy). It was great!

I'm sorry I haven't been on in a while. My sleep has been going well, and I'm busy being a dad. I'm loving my Aloha mask, but I do switch to my FX as the Aloha does still irritate my nares on occasion.
Sleep well and live better!
